Founders Don’t Forget – Community Guidelines
Last Updated: June 19, 2025
At Founders Don’t Forget (FDF), we believe in truth, transparency, and accountability.
This platform was created for founders, freelancers, professionals, and advocates to share real experiences—especially those involving unethical behavior, fraud, or misconduct—so that others can be informed, protected, and empowered.
But with this purpose comes great responsibility.
To ensure safety, dignity, and fairness for every voice, we’ve established the following community guidelines. These rules apply to everyone using the platform—founders, lawyers, readers, and contributors.
Our Mission
To create a verified, transparent, and secure space where:
- Founders can share their stories of being scammed or misled.
- Professionals can report misconduct in a professional, respectful way.
- Lawyers and legal experts can offer protection and advice to victims.
- Audiences can learn from past mistakes and avoid unethical providers.
Community Standards and Expectations
To keep FDF healthy and constructive, we expect all users to:
- Use appropriate language.
- Engage with others respectfully, even when discussing serious issues.
- Avoid personal insults, judgment, or public shaming for its own sake.
- Post only first-hand experiences or verified information.
- Do not exaggerate, mislead, or falsify any details.
- Share dates, contracts, communications, or proof wherever possible (optional but encouraged).
- You may redact names or identifying details if you’re not ready to disclose.
- Never publish someone’s personal information (e.g., phone number, home address) without clear permission.
- This is not a revenge platform.
- Use your story to educate, warn, and prevent harm.
- Focus on the facts and the impact—not on personal attacks.
- If you’re a lawyer, provide truthful credentials.
- If you’re commenting, do so with the intention to support or respectfully challenge.
Prohibited Behavior
To ensure safety and legality, the following actions are strictly not allowed and may result in immediate removal or legal response:
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Bullying, especially of vulnerable users
- Calls to violence or inciting hostility toward a person or group
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, or similar behavior.
- Use of slurs or demeaning language
- Posting knowingly false or malicious stories
- Inventing events, names, or details to attack another person
- Spreading unverified third-party accusations as if they were fact
- Posting links to unrelated products or services
- Fake reviews, votes, or engagement
- Selling access, reviews, or legal support without being authorized
- Pretending to be someone you’re not
- Submitting fake case studies or lawyer profiles
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
Submissions and Content Review
- All submissions are reviewed before publication.
- You must verify your email and agree to our terms and legal disclaimers.
- Once accepted, your case will be labeled as “Published” and may include attached proof or a link to public content.
- If rejected, it will be kept for legal records but will not be shown publicly.
- All legal professionals undergo verification by the FDF team before being visible.
- Lawyers must submit accurate data and may be removed for any violation of ethics.

We reserve the right to edit, review, or remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Our moderation process includes:
